Recentemente saiu um KB importante para corrigir a impressão do DANFE:

“Consider the following scenario. In the Brazilian functionality of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, you use the Sales texts feature. In this feature, you set the Print on invoice option in the Brazil Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) invoice. In this scenario, when you print the DANFE report in Accounts Receivable, the sales text is printed unexpectedly on the second page. The sales text should be printed on the second page only if the limit of the Additional Information box is exceeded on the first page.”

Basicamente é o seguinte: Ao imprimir um DANFE que tenha mais de duas páginas, o campo “Dados Adicionais” saem repetidos na segunda página, apesar da mesma ter sido impressa na primeira.
